Mr. Rohit A. Kapadia did his schooling from St. Xavier School, Bombay and also did his graduation from St. Xavier College in the faculty of Science. He then graduated in Law from Government Law College, Bombay and obtained a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Bombay.
He started practicing law in 1966 and was designated as a Senior Counsel in the year 1987. Mr. Kapadia has appeared in many leading matters of great legal importance in the field of Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Constitutional, Intellectual Property Rights and Service Law.
Mr Kapadia also taught Evidence Act at Government Law College for many years. Since 2008, Mr Kapadia has been the President of The Bombay Bar Association. He has also been taking active part in preserving the Original Side Jurisdiction of Bombay High Court.
