Mr. Kamdar is an Independent Arbitrator, Fraud Examiner and Anti Money Laundering Specialist. He is on the Panel of Arbitrators for various Institutions like the Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX), National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Ltd (NCDEX) and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

Mr Kamdar has handled 300+ Arbitration Matters as Sole Arbitrator and Presiding or Co-Arbitrator in Panel Matters in the area of Financial matters, Stock Exchanges, Commodity Exchanges, Depository, Insurance, Property etc.

Mr. Kamdar holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and is a member of the Association of Certificate Fraud Examiner (CFE), USA, the Association of Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (CAMS), USA and is a fellow member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (FCIArb, UK & Chartered Arbitrator). He is Honorary Secretary of the Indian branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
