Shreyas Jayasimha is a Partner at AZB & Partners having read law at National Law School of India University and was a Chevening Scholar at the Univetrsity of Warwick. He serves as Secretary and Member of the LCIA Asia Pacific Users Council, Regional Editor (South and Central Asia) of the Newsletter of the IBA Arbitration Committee and as the Secretary of the IBA Task Force on the proposed amendments to the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
Shreyas’ practice areas include litigation and dispute resolution, company law, competition law, intellectual property, real estate and technology law amongst others. He has appeared as counsel before various Courts and tribunals across India, instructed counsel in international litigation, conducted complex trials and cross examination in civil and commercial litigation and domestic arbitrations and has been involved in international arbitrations across various institutional rules.
He is a frequent speaker at national and international seminars and has authored several articles in domestic and international publications.
